Monica Miles, CPA, CFE, MBA is founder and managing partner of MH Miles Company, CPA PC. Her company is a leader in the areas of grant and contract compliance. Monica is the Engagement Principal and Contract Administrator on various contracts with Departments of Transportation throughout the United States. Her significant expertise with Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 31 cost principles and Davis Bacon compliance has been honed over twenty-five plus years of providing auditing, consulting and contract/grant compliance services to clients. Monica is a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs, the Greater Washington Society of CPAs, and the American Institute of CPAs and is an alumna of Cornell University (BS) and Adelphi University (MBA).

Ms. Myree is a partner and Vice President at MH Miles Company, CPA PC (MHMC) where she manages the Compliance Division. She has extensive years of experience in the fields of auditing, accounting, consulting, and training. As a certified fraud examiner, she oversees the firm’s special investigation engagements for governmental agencies. Her expertise in governmental contract auditing, contract compliance contributes to engagements firmwide. Ms. Myree manages MHMC’s small business, veteran owned business, and disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) supportive services consulting engagements with State Transportation Agencies. She also provides litigation support and expert witness testimony for federal programs in State Administrative Hearings. She develops and administers the firm’s nationwide training programs focused on governmental compliance. Ms. Myree is an alumna of Clark Atlanta University (BA) and DeVry University Keller Graduate School of Management (MAFM). She is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Nitia Mayo is a partner at MH Miles Company CPA, PC with over 10 years of experience in the fields of auditing, accounting, and consulting. She is a certified fraud examiner specializing in governmental contract and grant compliance and manages the majority of the firm’s audit and consulting engagements with various State Transportation Agencies throughout the United States. Nitia has in-depth knowledge of Davis Bacon compliance and specialized expertise in FAR 31 cost principles compliance. She is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and the National Association of Black Accountants, Inc.- District of Columbia Chapter. She is an alumna of Howard University (BA) and Strayer University (MBA).
