The Administrative Review Hearing Official plays a critical, independent role when hearing appeals in the CACFP.
This virtual session will provide the Administrative Review Hearing Officials with knowledge of their role in hearing CACFP appeals, actions that are appealable and are not appealable, and the basis for making a decision.
The objectives for this training are:
- Understand the role of the Administrative Review Hearing Official
- Understand actions that can and cannot be appealed
- Understand the basis for making and writing decisions
